Responsibilities
- Report to Team Manager/ Senior Staff/ Engineer
- Preparation & Submission of documents to client
- Filing of documents
- Keeping updated documents in the archive
- Data entry for related records
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Higher NITEC/NITEC certification in related studies
- At least 1 year experience in any office works
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge in any Documentation System (Aconex/ Sharepoint, etc.) is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
