Responsibilities
  • Report to Team Manager/ Senior Staff/ Engineer
  • Preparation & Submission of documents to client
  • Filing of documents
  • Keeping updated documents in the archive
  • Data entry for related records
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Higher NITEC/NITEC certification in related studies
  • At least 1 year experience in any office works
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge in any Documentation System (Aconex/ Sharepoint, etc.) is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
