Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including engineering drawings, RFIs, technical queries, material submissions, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper document registration, distribution, filing, version control, and traceability in accordance with project requirements.
- Maintain document control systems, databases, logs, and approval tracking records.
- Coordinate document submissions and monitor review/approval status with consultants, PMC, and clients.
- Distribute approved and commented documents to relevant project stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
- Support communication between project teams, consultants, and external parties by facilitating document coordination and language translation when required.
- Prepare and maintain bilingual/trilingual document lists, meeting minutes, and approval records.
