Responsibilities
- Clerical duties (scanning, printing, receiving, safekeeping and distribution of documents)
- Drafting basic memo and communication letter
- Documentation of department activities/events
- Schedule management of Legal and Compliance Head
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Office Administration and/or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Pleasing personality
- Can work under pressure
- Preferably residing within Visayas and Mindanao region
