Job Description

  • Lead and manage the document releasing team within Financial Services
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and release of financial documents (invoices, payment releases, guarantees, contracts, regulatory filings, etc.)
  • Ensure all documents meet internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Approve final document releases and resolve discrepancies or escalations
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls
  • Coordinate with compliance, legal, and audit teams
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to document errors, delays, or non-compliance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for document release matters
  • Coordinate with banks, regulators, auditors, vendors, and internal departments
  • Provide timely reports and updates to senior management
