Job Title: Production Support Engineer / Domain Engineer Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Production Support Engineer / Domain Engineer with 5 years of experience in Juniper technologies, network support, analytics, and AI/ML fundamentals . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in troubleshooting large-scale network environments, handling critical production incidents, and supporting Juniper-based security and network automation platforms. Exp- 5 years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid, 2 Days WFO) Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 production support for Juniper Networks software and security products . Troubleshoot complex issues related to network automation, APIs, SRX firewalls, and Junos-based platforms . Support and manage platforms such as Security Director, Network Director, Space Platform, Syslog Server, and Juniper Secure Analytics .
