About the job

The Doorman is responsible for creating a warm first and last impression by welcoming guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, and ensuring a smooth and elegant traffic flow at the hotel entrance. The role reports to the Bell Captain.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with guests entering and departing the hotel by opening and closing the main hotel door.
• Perform all Mandarin Oriental standards in accordance with the Legendary Quality Experience.
• Assist guests with luggage, including loading luggage onto carts for Bell Person delivery, baggage checks and proper tagging.
• Assist guests with opening and closing car doors within thirty seconds of arrival.
