Key Responsibilities:
Welcome all guests, visitors, and patrons with courtesy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Open and close doors for guests entering and leaving the hotel.
Assist guests with luggage and coordinate with Bell Attendants when required.
Provide directions and information regarding hotel facilities, services, events, and local attractions.
Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and private vehicles.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable entrance area at all times.
Monitor guest arrivals and departures and communicate relevant information to Front Office and Concierge teams.
Assist in managing traffic flow at the hotel entrance.
Support VIP arrivals and departures in coordination with hotel departments.
Ensure adherence to hotel safety, security, and service standards.
