Responsibilities- Manage daily dormitory operations and maintain a safe, clean, and orderly living environment.
- Oversee room allocation, occupancy, resident movement, and dormitory records.
- Ensure compliance with MOM, FEDA, safety, hygiene, and housing requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections on facilities, cleanliness, safety, and resident welfare.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, pest control, and vendor services.
- Partner with internal teams and service providers to support accommodation planning, resident welfare, and dormitory operations.
