**Job Description**
This position is open to transitioning active-duty service members participating in the Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge Program.

BAE Systems is offering a hands-on SkillBridge opportunity supporting the maintenance, operation, and sustainment of U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems. This structured training program is designed to provide transitioning service members with practical civilian experience while building the technical skills necessary for a successful transition into the defense industry.

The selected SkillBridge participant will work alongside experienced engineering and maintenance professionals supporting radar, landing, transmitting, display, and associated electronic systems utilized in Air Traffic Control operations.
