Take on the role of Downtown Winnipeg Ambassador and enhance community experiences with exceptional customer service. Your mission is to assist, inform, and engage the public while supporting local businesses.
In this full-time term position reporting to the Downtown Ambassadors Manager, you will connect with both residents and visitors. As a Downtown Ambassador, you will serve as an on-street concierge and promote events while assisting with logistics for community efforts. Your ability to build relationships will be critical to addressing concerns and promoting BIZ services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a concierge for businesses and events
• Offer guided assistance for individuals navigating downtown
• Advocate for Downtown BIZ programs and services
