This role focuses on creating, optimizing, and expanding benefits that motivate drivers to stay active and progress toward higher tiers (Platinum and Legend).

The Driver Operations Specialist is the business owner of partnership programs focused on Supply in InDrive.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Engagement & Tier Progression
- Own KPIs related to active drivers, tier progression, and partnerships conversion rate.
- Develop targeted initiatives to increase progression from Basic → Platinum → Legend.
- Analyze driver behavior to identify what benefits or incentives drive the biggest improvements in engagement and retention.
