Currently, we are looking for a Driver Support Coordinator II to join our team in Nuevo Laredo. This position will work in a dynamic environment, greet drivers professionally, ensure drivers clearly understand their assignments and next steps, helping them with any questions or concerns.

• 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Review shift updates, clarify routes, load details, appointment times, and coordinate with the dispatch team to resolve questions or changes.
• Print, verify, organize, and distribute load sheets and dispatch documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before handing them to drivers.
