Join Ocado Logistics as a Customer Service Team Member and deliver high‑quality goods to customers across Andover, England. No previous delivery experience is required – we provide full training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers on time and in excellent condition, using our automated route‑planning technology.
• Work during weekdays, evenings and weekends as required by the schedule.
• Operate the van safely in all weather conditions and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Handle alcohol products where applicable – applicants must be over 18.

Requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum 12 months of driving experience.
• Maximum 6 penalty points on the licence.
• No driving disqualifications within the past 5 years.
• Good customer‑facing communication skills.
• Over 18 for handling alcohol deliveries.
