Driver Trainer Anow

This position requires in‑role training at an operating site. Amazon is seeking self‑motivated Driver Trainers to join our team and help build a network of customer‑centric Delivery Associates in the communities where we operate. As a Driver Trainer, you have a passion for mentoring others, are comfortable teaching and guiding conversations in large groups, and believe in hands‑on training and conducting drive‑alongs with Delivery Associates to instill safe practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 people (based on training capacity), including in‑station classes and drive‑alongs.
• Create Learning App users and assign Day 0 Onboarding training.
• Follow‑up on Day 1 training assignments.
• Partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Learning Teams to coordinate, facilitate, and measure training related activities.
