Our friendly team at our Minworth are now recruiting for an experienced Driver Trainer to join their team on a full time permanent basis!

As the Driver Trainer you will be responsible for delivering driver related training, evaluate and monitor the impact of training on Great Bear Drivers.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

Salary: £41,263 per annum.

Key Duties of a Driver Trainer

  • Deliver training relating to drivers’ hours / tachographs / WTD rules and regulations to new and existing drivers.
  • Maintain up to date training records and be proactive in identifying training needs.
  • Update Great Bear Distribution Drivers’ Manual as and when required.
  • Deliver manual handling and refresher training.
  • Deliver training regarding SAFED/ Fuel Economy and Defensive Driving.
