Job Description
As a Driver Trainer you will be responsible for delivering driver related training, whilst evaluating and monitoring the impact of training on CLL Drivers.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00-16.30
Salary: £43,812.12 per annum.
Key Duties of a Driver Trainer:
Deliver in house, periodic Driver CPC training.Deliver training relating to drivers’ hours / tachographs / WTD rules and regulations to new starters and existing drivers. Provide new starter training / inductions.Monitor and evaluate all training provided, assessing needs and ensuring all needs are met at all times.Report on (both verbal and written) the ability and performance of drivers following all driver training courses undertaken, using counselling and coaching techniques as required.Keep and maintain up to date and accurate records of all driver training undertaken.Liaise with the Tr...
