A Dry Cleaner is responsible for cleaning, pressing, and maintaining guest garments, hotel uniforms, linens, and other fabric items to hotel quality standards. The role ensures timely laundry and dry-cleaning services while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate dry-cleaning, washing, drying, and pressing machines
Clean and press guest clothing, staff uniforms, and hotel linens
Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special handling instructions
Apply stain-removal treatments using proper chemicals and techniques
Sort items according to fabric type, color, and cleaning method
Fold, package, and deliver cleaned garments to guests or departments
Maintain laundry equipment and report any malfunctions
