PBS seeks a dedicated DTO Trainer for Accounting in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time role focuses on training customers on Dealer Management Software, both onsite and virtually.
In this position, you will derive satisfaction from delivering high-quality training sessions while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You'll be responsible for leading educational initiatives, managing customer inquiries, and proactively enhancing your PBS Software knowledge. This involves traveling extensively across Canada and the U.S. to ensure customer satisfaction, as you become a vital resource for client education and support.
