Tasks




  • Customer service to both active and potential customers




  • Handle incomeing calls, chats and emails related to:




  • Payments




  • Invoices and reminders




  • Plan or contract changes




  • Complains




  • Retention, etc.




Requirements



  • Secondary school or higher education level required

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken

  • Experience in customer service roles within contact center environment for at least 6 months

  • Good computer skills

  • Ability to communicate professionally, enthusiastically
