Support customers via phone, email, and chat

What We're Looking For
Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Availability for rotational schedules
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
Compensation & Benefits
1,100€ gross salary paid over 14 months
Attendance Bonus: 100€ paid over 11 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per working day
