Boutique Hotel in Morningside, Durban is looking for a Duty Manager
 
The Duty Manager acts as the operational leader on shift and ensures smooth daily operations throughout the hotel while maintaining luxury service standards.

Duties:
 
Shift Operations:
                               
Supervise all operational departments during shift.
Conduct operational briefings, daily (AM & PM)              
Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
Monitor staff presentation and grooming.         
Handle shift handovers effectively. Record daily handover                                      
 
Guest Relations:
               
Manage guest complaints and recovery thereof.
