Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee hotel operations during your shift and address any concerns
  • Support the Front Office team in managing check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest requests
  • Handle guest issues and ensure timely, thoughtful resolutions
  • Coordinate with all departments to keep operations running smoothly
  • Monitor lobby and guest areas to maintain safety, cleanliness, and service standards
  • Assist with reports, documentation, and shift handovers
  • Guide and mentor staff to uphold service quality

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in hotel operations, ideally in a supervisory or equivalent role
  • Confident communicator who can work well under pressure
  • Organized, calm, and attentive to detail
  • Able to lead a team and support staff across departments
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
