Roles and Responsibilities : Operations Management Supervise daily CNC machining activities.Allocate jobs to machines and operators based on production schedules.
Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal utilization. Quality Assurance Ensure components meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.
Implement in-process inspection and coordinate with the quality team.
Address non-conformance and initiate corrective actions. Team Management Lead and train CNC operators and technicians.
Maintain discipline and safety standards on the shop floor.
Conduct skill development programs for operators. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
