We invite an experienced Nurse Practitioner, with 2 to 3 years in the field, to apply. This position entails examining patients, advising on rehabilitation, and implementing care plans within a multidisciplinary team. You will work 31 hours weekly with relocation costs covered by the employer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and histories
• Oversee and coordinate patient care strategies
• Order diagnostic tests including X-rays
• Advise participants on health and disease prevention
• Promote health maintenance education
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Nursing is essential
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in your province
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate mandatory
• Criminal background check needed
