As the Sales Manager, your role is critical in steering a team of Account Executives towards success. You will implement sales strategies that address both revenue and market expansion goals. Cultivating relationships with key clients and industry partners is essential, ensuring design-forward lighting solutions are specified and delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a sales strategy for the Edmonton market
• Mentor Account Executives to achieve individual and team targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders
• Prepare and present proposals to clients and management
• Conduct market research and monitor competitive trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA preferred
• Over 5 years in B2B sales and managerial roles
