Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Customer Insights
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Solution Architect, specialised in Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ) and desirably Data (CID). The ideal candidate will possess expertise in evaluating and implementing performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE, along with comprehensive knowledge of customer-driven configuration and customization to align system functionality with client business objectives. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of the Power Platform and how it integrates with Dynamics.
The candidate must demonstrate fluency in English and Italian, and is in Italy. It’s expected the candidate will travel less than 20% of the time.
