Job Description:

  • Ensures the group’s adherence to all Ecommerce SLA requirements of the marketplace.
  • Ensures group’s adherence to all client SLA requirements of the marketplace (monitoring, analysis)
  • Confirms calibration of important information via regular checking of marketplace, OMS, and WMS details (e.g., products and stock quantities are updated in marketplace).
  • Enforces compliance to processes and imposes stringent controls to prevent errors due to non-compliance.
  • Manages the review and addressing of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Adheres to required frequency/deadline of required reports
  • Proposes improvement strategies to lower cost, improve productivity or gain other KPI/SLA advantages
  • Supports internal safety team in the enforcement of safety initiatives and programs and group’s participation in safety related training.
