                Position: E-Commerce cum Sales Support 
Location: Sin Ming Lane 
Working hours: Monday to Friday / 8.30am to 5.30pm 
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3500 + AWS + 7 to 14 Days annual leave 
Duration: Permanent

 Main Responsibilities  Creating and maintaining accurate product listings on the company’s website and brand stores on online marketplace platforms 
Develop and implement promotional campaigns with online marketplace platforms 
Optimizing inventory level and pricing accuracy for product listings 
Respond to customer enquiries on timely basis 
Collaborating with colleagues to fulfil sales orders 
Handle return/refund/exchange orders if any 
 Requirement  Hands‑on experience with online marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop) 
Diploma in any field
