Hiring: Junior E-commerce Executive

Location: Greater Noida (Work from Office)

We are looking for a Ecommerce Executive to support day-to-day ecommerce operations across our brands. This role is ideal for someone who has basic experience with Shopify/backend operations, product cataloguing and customer handling and is looking to grow in the D2 C ecommerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Shopify Management

Managing day-to-day Shopify backend activities Product listings, collections, pricing and discount updates Supporting homepage updates, website hygiene and merchandising Assisting with PDPs and basic SEO tasks

Customer Management (B2 C)

Handling customer queries via calls & Whats App Assisting customers with product recommendations Following up on abandoned carts and pending queries Supporting upselling and conversion efforts
