E-Commerce Intern (Finance, Billing & Marketplace) (Start ASAP)

Overview

Support finance, billing, and marketplace operations with a focus on invoice management, wallet top-ups, and campaign support at Starcom in Kuala Lumpur.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain accurate records of received invoices and support follow-ups for timely payment processing.
• Raise and manage marketplace wallet top-ups (Shopee and Lazada) based on approved budgets and client requests.
• Adhere to internal and external billing processes, including raising media flights, creating billing and payment schedules, and updating systems such as Starscape.
• Monitor and track marketplace wallet balances, flagging discrepancies, risks, or issues proactively.
• Support invoice reconciliation and PO mapping to ensure alignment between actual spend, approved budgets, and billing documentation.
