Job Description

Purpose

The role will be responsible for managing and developing the e-commerce channel, with a strong focus on commercial performance, customer experience, digital marketing, and operational coordination. The E-commerce Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Operations teams, contributing to the growth of the digital business and the evolution of the omnichannel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the e-commerce strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance and key digital KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and retention.
  • Coordinate digital marketing activities together with agencies and external partners.
  • Manage the online commercial calendar and promotional activities.
