The key responsibilities of the E -Commerce Manager include:
Communication and follow up with all external partners.Working closely with the ecommerce and marketing teams to increase awareness of the brand through the online platform, building on existing presence & maximize trading performance.Constantly keeping ahead of the competition in terms of new technology, customer attraction and relevant apps.Responsible for producing weekly and monthly reports, measuring channels against ROI (Return on Investment) and CPA (Cost Per Action) targets.Ownership of all relevant KPI reports.Collaborate with key stakeholders in the company, review and create processes to forecast on stock position at any given time.Identify bestsellers, underperforming and high stock lines and provide a VM approach that maximizes sales.<...
