- Coordinate and schedule timely deliveries, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Manage refunds or discounts for out-of-stock items—because transparency matters.
- Work cross-functionally with the Retail and E-Commerce teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
