E+IC Engineer – 6-18 month contract – Singapore
Location: Singapore

Contract: 6 Month Contract for design phase followed by a 12 month contract for construction phase

Project: Brownfield project upgrading a chemical manufacturing plant.
Roles and responsibilities

Design: 
To be responsible for the complete Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering of the project, from budget estimation through design phases

To ensure that all Electrical and Instrumentation designs are appropriate to the process, the utilities and the production building, including: Power distribution and availability;
Application of local electric standards, consistent with site standards and preferred suppliers
Energy efficiency features, reducing maintenance cost
Area classification for flammable hazard area, risk analysis
Consistent interfacing with automation
