Position Overview

ComPsych is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Network, delivering high‑quality counseling services to employees and their household members. As an independent provider within our EAP network, providers deliver short‑term, solution‑focused counseling and clinical support to individuals navigating personal, professional, and life challenges. This opportunity is primarily intended for in‑person EAP counseling, supporting employees through face‑to‑face services within their local communities.
