Early Careers: R&D & Food Innovation Trainee Program

This full-time position includes a structured 2-year programme that immerses participants in real-world innovation projects across the product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization. With the support of experienced mentors, graduates will enhance their skills in product development while making significant contributions to food technologies.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree and possess 1-3 years of work experience. Fluency in English, along with willingness to embrace opportunities and relocation, is essential. Candidates will engage with customers and collaborate on product design and trials.
