Shape the early project lifecycle (feasibility → concept → planning)
Responsibilities
Define structured approach to:
Site selection
Route / design optioneering
Techno-economic assessment
Provide framework for project planning, cost estimation, timeline.
Align solution with typical regulatory and environmental constraints
Identify typical development risks and mitigation
Profile
Experience in utility capital projects (transmission preferred)
Exposure to CAPEX justification, regulatory approvals
Qualifications
Degree or Master’s in Electrical / Power Systems Engineering
