Salary and Package Details
AED 11,000 – 14,000 per month, tax‑free, inclusive of base salary and housing allowance, based on the quality and depth of experience. The package also includes:
- Comprehensive medical insurance
- UAE residence visa
- Home leave ticket every two years
- Initial flight to Dubai and two weeks’ temporary accommodation for international hires
- End‑of‑service benefits in accordance with UAE labour law
- Approximately 2.5 months of paid vacation across the academic year
- Training and development opportunities within an established Dubai education platform
