In this pivotal role within the eBay Live CRM team, you will shape customer experiences to ensure visibility and participation in live events across multiple channels. With a focus on real-time engagement and strategic communication, this role requires strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. You’ll be responsible for executing an impactful cross-functional roadmap while measuring the success of your initiatives through data-driven insights.
