Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Handling & Design Sales 70%
Attend walk-in customers and provide an exceptional experience at the Experience Center
Understand customer requirements for kitchens, wardrobes, and storage solutions
Pitch design services including 2D/3D drawings and quotations
Drive design sales through effective consultation and solution selling
Manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and support conversion
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer support
Design & Quotation 30%
Create 2D and 3D designs for kitchens and wardrobes
Use AutoCAD, Infurnia, and other design software
Prepare accurate quotations for complete kitchen and wardrobe projects
Ensure practical, aesthetic, and customer-aligned design solutions
