:Department Overview
Rakuten Ichiba is one of the largest e-commerce shopping centers in Japan with approximately 60,000 stores opening and a total annual distribution of approximately 6 trillion yen in 2024.
It is a department that develops and operates business support systems within Rakuten Ichiba's products (services).
Among the business support systems, a customer management system that efficiently manages stores opened in Rakuten Ichiba, an analysis system for thinking about future strategies, a chatbot systems that promotes smooth communication between users and call centers, among others.
The business support system we are developing is also used for various in-house services such as Rakuten Travel (online travel reservation service) other than Rakuten Ichiba.
We are recruiting for a group that provides system consulting to our merchant stores.
