Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the childcare center
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts and coverage
  • Ensure compliance with all childcare licensing regulations and policies
  • Support and mentor educators and staff members
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with families, staff, and management
  • Assist with enrollment, staffing, and program coordination
  • Handle operational challenges with professionalism and good judgment
  • Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment for children and staff
