Job Summary

The E-Commerce Division Manager will oversee and scale our entire online operations division across all channels. This is not just a listing management role. You will be responsible for revenue growth, margin protection, marketplace compliance, operational execution, team leadership, and data-driven decision making. You will manage the full e-commerce workflow from product onboarding to order fulfillment, reporting directly to U.S. executive leadership. This is a full-time, in-house role based in the Philippines working U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Channel Revenue Ownership

  • Own sales performance across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and company websites.
  • Monitor daily sales, margin, and ad spend.
  • Identify growth opportunities by channel.
  • Lead pricing strategy aligned with competitive landscape and margin goals.
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to maximize ROAS.
