eCommerce Program Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated eCommerce Program Manager to join our eCommerce team. The eCommerce Program Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of eCommerce initiatives across the organization. This role works closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure eCommerce work is clearly defined, execution‑ready, and delivered in a coordinated way. This individual is an experienced eCommerce professional who applies practical program and project coordination skills to support eCommerce launches, enhancements, and campaigns.

This is a full‑time position, working in a hybrid model, and reporting to our Ottawa office at least 3–4 days a week.
