What You’ll Be Doing
- Chatting with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Answering questions about our products, prices, and availability
- Team‑up with other departments to ensure customers receive the solutions they need
- Maintaining light data entry on various platforms to keep information organized
You’re a Good Fit If You
- Have 1–3 years of work experience in a similar role or are a fast learner ready to grow
- Can speak and write fluently in Mandarin and English
- Are organized, great at multitasking, and know how to prioritize effectively
- Can work from home for 6 months (Johor based) and are comfortable working onsite after 6 months
