This one-form entry primary school with around 210 pupils is seeking an ECT to join their experienced KS1 team. The school has strong phonics results and an experienced KS1 lead who actively mentors new staff.
They are offering an opportunity to teach a Year 2 class with full support, structured induction, and the possibility of a permanent contract after a successful term.
The Role:
Teaching Year 2 with shared planning
Delivering phonics and core curriculum
Developing classroom management with guidance
Building strong pupil relationships
