Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handles administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations, such as managing files and records, filling in of office forms, keeping tracks of payments, and answering routine mail
  • Assists Managing Editor in routing and uploading suppliers contract
  • Assists editors in coordinating shoots
  • Assists editors in uploading articles on CMS
  • Assists in product pullouts and other errands related to production
  • Transcribe interviews and write short pieces for the website and social media

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willing to report onsite (events, shoots, and office in QC)
  • Open to project-based engagement
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Can issue own BIR service invoice for talent fees (in case you don’t have this yet, you must be willing to process your own BIR COR and service invoice)
