RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations, such as managing files and records, filling in of office forms, keeping tracks of payments, and answering routine mail
- Assists Managing Editor in routing and uploading suppliers contract
- Assists editors in coordinating shoots
- Assists editors in uploading articles on CMS
- Assists in product pullouts and other errands related to production
- Transcribe interviews and write short pieces for the website and social media
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to report onsite (events, shoots, and office in QC)
- Open to project-based engagement
- Available to start ASAP
- Can issue own BIR service invoice for talent fees (in case you don’t have this yet, you must be willing to process your own BIR COR and service invoice)
