  • Master's degree in Nursing with clinical focus (online degrees/diplomas are not accepted), and
  • Current Nursing (RN) license in North America, Western Europe, or Australia/New Zealand, and
  • Specialty qualification related to area of expertise required. Evidence must be provided, and
