Job Description

  • Review of Electrical requirements from clients and Building Management for the completion of cost estimates
  • Create a complete Electrical Plan based on the client’s requirements and Local/National code compliant
  • Measure plan and prepare bill of quantities for Electrical System
  • Evaluate contractor’s proposal for all PMIs, change orders, and other construction-related claims
  • Conduct site visits and reconciliation of evaluated proposals if necessary
    Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison
  • Coordinate with suppliers for Request for Proposal and bids before and during Project Implementation
  • Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids
  • Quarterly updating of the material/equipment cost database
  • Coordination with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers
  • Performs other related duties and functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior
