Job Description
- Review of Electrical requirements from clients and Building Management for the completion of cost estimates
- Create a complete Electrical Plan based on the client’s requirements and Local/National code compliant
- Measure plan and prepare bill of quantities for Electrical System
- Evaluate contractor’s proposal for all PMIs, change orders, and other construction-related claims
- Conduct site visits and reconciliation of evaluated proposals if necessary
Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison - Coordinate with suppliers for Request for Proposal and bids before and during Project Implementation
- Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids
- Quarterly updating of the material/equipment cost database
- Coordination with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers
- Performs other related duties and functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior
