Job Description & Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into robust configurations or customizations within the eGRC platform (e.g., SAI360 BWise).
• Develop forms, dashboards, workflows and automation scripts as needed.

Technical Expertise & Delivery

• Develop GRC Solutions with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and maintain solution documentation, configuration logs, and user guides.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and adhere to established technical and security standards.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with business analysts, end users, and process owners to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with developers, QA analysts, and other IT functions to ensure cohesive and effective end-to-end solution delivery.
